Cancellation Policy:

We have a strict cancellation policy. During high season it is a 3 day minimum cancellation for a refund of your deposit. During low season it is a 24 hour cancellation for a refund.

Minimum stay of 3 nights, during high season. (May 15-September 30)  we do have a few nights in July 4,10,11,25 and Aug 1,2,7,12,15,19,29 that are available for 1 night stays.

Minimum stay of 1 night, during low season.( October 1- May 14)

Deposit required in the amount of 1 night stay.
