The space
Newly upgraded basement suite. Approximately 450 square foot Rocky Mountain chic bachelor suite. King-size bed with an electric fireplace for ambiance and comfort. Tastefully adorned with local art and all new furniture. TV comes with Chromecast and Roku to stream all your favorites. Powerful wifi provided. Small kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee press. Private 4-piece bathroom with tub and shower. Entrance from alley side next to dedicated parking.
Guest access
The suite is in the basement of our home. You will be able to access it from the back door. Parking is also in the back and accessible from the alleyway.
Once you enter the house, you will proceed immediately downstairs to the front entrance of the suite.
Other things to note
Bookings are only accepted through Airbnb.
No pets allowed.
Not suitable for infants or children.
