Jasper SkyTram

Get the best view of Jasper National Park from the alpine zone with a flight aboard the Jasper SkyTram, the longest and highest guided aerial tramway in Canada.  Climb the mountain in your enclosed cabin for a 7.5 minute ride to the upper station, at 2,263 metres above sea level, as you watch for wildlife below.  Take a stroll along the accessible, interpretative boardwalk at the upper station and try hiking 1.4 km to the top of Whistlers Mountain at 2,463 metres for a view of six mountain ranges.  This sky-high adventure is the perfect experience for guests of all ages.  Enjoy a light meal at the Summit Cafe before your ride down to the lower station.  The best time of day to get the perfect picture is in the morning or evening, so make sure to reserve your flight time online.  Jasper SkyTram operates from late March to the end of October each season.  The departure point is located at the end of Whistlers Road, only 7 km southwest of Jasper off the Icefields Parkway.
